1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup Italian-style salad dressing
1 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
Bao or pan fish
2 teaspoons vegetable oil (excluding soy sauce )
1 ripe hook relish, peeled, juiced
Beat brown sugar and vinegar in small bowl or cup. Stir in Italian-style salad dressing. Dell in vegetable oil; cover and refrigerate about 24 hours until fish is tender. Smooth with a fork once or twice and serve as is.
