1 (5 ounce) can bacon grease
1 cup margarine, divided
1 (6 ounce) can bacon, diced
1 (6 ounce) can striped mushrooms
2 carrots, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 (1 ounce) package Worcestershire sauce mix
1 (9 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, with liquid
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
3 ounces bacon-wrapped ham
Preheat grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
In a large bowl, combine the bacon grease, margarine, mushrooms, carrots, onions, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, green chiles, browning sauce, tomatoes, green chiles, bacon, ham and bacon. Mix thoroughly.
Lightly oil grill grate. Grill fish 10 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Drain fish and place on grill. Grill 10 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the center.
