Halibut with Cherries Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) container frozen mixed vegetables

3 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

1 cup orange juice

1 gallon halibut with juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon orange zest

1 tablespoon Swiss chow mein

1 lemon, juiced

Directions

Fill a blender or food processor with ice and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a medium bowl. Stir remaining lemon juice and liquid from lemon zest and orange zest into blender/food processor. Blend until puree, scraping bowl often. Transfer mixture to a blender, set aside.

Blend mixed vegetables, lemon-lime soda, orange juice, halibut with juice, lemon zest and orange zest. Blend until well blended and pour mixture into blender. Blend until pureed, scraping bowl often. Shape into a 4-inch square and refrigerate until additional juice is needed. Garnish with lemon-lime syrup. Store in refrigerator.
