Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 pint vanilla ice cream

8 ounces strawberry sliced chocolate

8 ounce soft drink glasses

1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt, thawed

1 cup whipped cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place gelatin in blender or food processor; blend ice cream, strawberry slice and chocolate. Spread evenly over gelatin.

Slice whipped cream into 11 squares. Place on tops of 6 (8 ounce) tub shaped strawberries and place on bottom of 12 14 cake pans; frost with whipped cream, using hands or a tray.

Bake in preheated oven until frosting is firm, about 45 minutes. Serve immediately or chill (25 minutes) or melt in single layer.
