1 (8 ounce) package v-shaped pasta
8 ounces beef chunks (1 to 1 1/2 pounds), beef pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
16 ounces dried/ripe tomatoes
8 green onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Melt vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meat and saute until evenly brown. Stir in tomatoes and onion; cook 3 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper. Spoon portion over the stew mixture and stir in breadcrumbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
