8 pork chops
1 small onion, peeled and minced
8 zucchini, halved
6 roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
Place chicken in a colander. Bring water to a boil, add 1/3 cup water and let boil for 10 minutes. Add chopped onion and zucchini. Add turkey, peas and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine tomato and potato mixture. Mix in salt, pepper, salt, sugar, milk, butter and chicken. Mix gently, and refrigerate for one hour. Cut into cubes, and serve on the side.
