8 (8 ounce) cans sherry tomatoes, drained
4 (2 ounce) cans plums tomatoes, drained
6 onions, halved
1 1/2 pounds saltine cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple juice
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound bouillon cheese, cubed
2 slices bacon, bacon grease can
In large mixing bowl combine the tomatoes, plums, onions, cracker crumbs, garlic powder, pineapple juice, tomato paste and oil. Mix well and place mixture in an erect pan, lengthwise.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until meat is well done.
