1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup black olive oil
3 tablespoons dried basil
3 teaspoons dried oregano
3 tablespoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 (2 ounce) can crushed pineapple
4 ounces marinated chicken, diced
2 chicken breast halves, sliced
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic until onions are translucent. Stir in vegetable oil, olive oil, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt, marjoram, crushed pineapple, and chicken. Pour over sauce and stir well. Cook a few more minutes.
