1 (2 ounce) can evaporated milk
3 lemons, julienned
1 cup orange juice
1 (3 ounce) can sliced dates
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a blender, combine evaporated milk, lemon slices, orange juice, dates, pineapple, coconut cream, pecans and frozen whipped topping. Blend to desired consistency. Serve over ice.
