1 cup beer
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups stored light brown sugar
1 pinch ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
2 tablespoons white sugar for garnish
In a blender or food processor, blend beer and soy sauce. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and sesame seeds and blend. Add oil, seasoning salt and sesame seeds and blend. Cover blender and process for 10 minutes. Remove pitcher, and place in punch bowl.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup beaten eggs on top of bread, and sprinkle with remaining marinade. Pour beer mixture over bread mixture. Garnish with remaining marinade.
