4 (8 ounce) bags unsalted black-balsamic vinegar
1 (8 ounce) can sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt
In a medium bowl, mix the vinegar, relish and salt. Add softened butter to pickle relish; blend well. Cook vegetables over medium heat in the microwave for 5 minutes or several minutes for best results.
