2 cups water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
32 yellow onions, halved
2 1/2 cups crushed spicy rice
1 (14 ounce) can yellow kidney beans, drained
2 cups water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
In a medium saucepan, mix water, soy sauce, onion and rice. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer about 15 minutes. Stir in yellow beans.
When the mixture has boiled, strain the liquid or any remaining water. Mix in the oil and salt. Bring mixture to a boil and stir in rice mixture. Pour into a small bowl and stir. Cover and refrigerate until solid.
