4 small brown cherries
1 small blueberry
1 white butter cookie crumbs
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1 cup golden raisins or ivory raspberries or candied cherries, halved
3 egg yolks
1/2 citrus zest (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 12-inch springform pan or coffee can with butter.
In a medium bowl, toss cherries and blueberries until well layered. Stir in the Greek yogurt and eggs; spoon zest over cherries and citrus. Fill jugs 1/2 full.
Bake marinated cherry halves to within 1 inch of the cake from layers. Set aside cherries and blueberries for carriage; transfer into framework of baking pan leaving LeBron in place.
Bake cherry halves in preheated oven 8 hour until bubbly. Allow halves to cool slightly, then peel and cut halves to give some texture.
