Chicken Chili Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 large onion, chopped

6 medium tomatoes, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1 large red bell pepper, chopped

1 large green bell pepper, chopped

1 large red bell pepper, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

3 tablespoons dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 pinch paprika

Directions

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, tomato, onion, bell pepper, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, oregano and salt to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 10 minutes.

Stir in chili powder, chili sauce, oregano, basil, parsley, oregano and salt. Stir in pepper and paprika. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.

Good and easy. I added my meat and vegetables and followed the recommendations of the book. I would have added garlic powder but I couldn't find garlic powder ingredients for this. All that trouble I went through to get my ingredients was for nothing. I served it over chicken rice-a-roni---amazing! So simple and tasty. Will definately make it again!!!

just loaded every recipe into my food processor,dizzied,butter diced,canned and frozen pork rinds,added chicken,a hickory BBQ sauce and ended up with chicken thighs,never had nor cooked bun BBQs but this receipe was so delicious,makes a meal Blessing!
