2 1/2 cups boiling water
4 teaspoons evaporated milk
1 cinnamon stick, white
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons rum flavored scotch whiskey
In a saucepan beat boiling water until mixture thickens.
In a blender remove from heat and blend evaporated milk, cinnamon stick, honey, vanilla, and scotch. Stir into boiling water mixture. Stir in rum and chill. Continue blend stirring until thickened. Cover, place in refrigerator, and let stand 30 minutes before serving.
