6 boneless, skinless pork loin sirloin tip steaks
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped white onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried poblano pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons dried marjoram
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Season the sirloin tip steaks with salt and pepper. Lower heat to medium-low.
Place the steaks in a large bowl coated with cooking spray. Stir together the onions, poblano pepper, salt, basil, sugar, marjoram, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. Continue to stir all together.
Place steaks on a wet cloth, cover with plastic wrap and steam 15 minutes.
