Ham and Cheese Fondue Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter, softened

1 teaspoon white sugar

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

3 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Place butter, sugar, vinegar and salt into a large, heavy skillet. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Remove from heat and stir in milk and cheese; continue stirring until cheese is melted. Serve over cooked ham in horseshoe bowl.

I'm excited to try this =) I will be letting you know how it goes.. although I read that it would take anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours to cook. This recipe says to put it towards the end of the cooking process but I believe it should be good cold. Thanks so much for sharing!
