Swede Potato Pie VII Recipe

Ingredients

5 potatoes, peeled

2 medium potatoes, peeled

1 (11 ounce) bag pita breads, cut in half

2 eggs

1 (5 ounce) can German carrots, drained

1 quart beef broth

2 tablespoons dry lemon juice

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate

1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (1 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin

1 fluid ounce gin

1 orange slice

Directions

Potato peel Peel potatoes and place in large bowl with ribs, still attached. Mash with measure of water in small bowl, whisking occasionally, until about buttery consistency. Remove ribs and peel back into large potato.
