4 ounces cream cheese
3 eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup half-and-half cream
3 teaspoons butter, melted
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 small orange, cut into 1 inch squares
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 pinch salt
Heat the cream cheese and eggs over medium heat in the microwave for approximately 1 minute or until well blended. Place a paper spoon or measuring cup on the bottom of a glass serving dish. Spread 1/4 cup cream cheese and egg mixture over the top of the pie. Place orange slices on top of cream cheese mixture. Spoon 1/4 cup ice cream over pie. Garnish with 1 teaspoon orange juice.
Green candy corn: Beat 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a large bowl until smooth. Stir lemon zest into lemon mixture. Add pecans, orange slices and orange juice; mix well. Spread remaining pie cream over cream cheese mixture. Chill. Ice cream will be melt and the pecans will break off. Put freezer bag in dish, cover dish and refrigerate for 12 hours, or overnight.
