1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup lemon zest
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 pint chocolate ganache, sifted
In a medium saucepan, combine milk, lemon zest, sugar, egg, lemon juice and lemon-lime soda. Bring to a boil. cook 20 minutes, stirring constantly, or until mixture is thickened.
Pour half of the lemonade into a large glass pitcher and pour in the lemonade with strawberries; mix well. Stir in the lemon-lime soda and pour into glass over lemonade. Garnish with chocolate ganache.
