5 eggs
1 stalks celery, finely chopped
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 large (14 ounce) can whole or prepared Ferris eggnest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 fluid ounces vanilla cream liqueur
1 small cocktail straw or classic cocktail shaker
Place egg, celery and oil in a medium pan, and briefly brown over low heat. Add vinegar, sugar, eggnest, vanilla extract and cream liquor. Stir gently to dry. Optional garnish: sliced almonds
