4 cups water
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) can mushroom soup
1 (3.5 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
In a large saucepan, combine water, shrimp, onion, garlic and mushroom soup. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in tomato soup. Reduce heat to medium-low, and continue to simmer 10 minutes.
