1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 (14 ounce) cans tuna steaks, cooled and cut in 1 1/2 with a serrated knife
1/2 cup cucumber or green pepper
1/2 cup asparagus
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 ounces shrimp steaks
In a small bowl, mix the vegetable oil, tuna, cucumber, asparagus, tomato paste, dry wine, fish sauce, shrimp and pork. Serve immediately in a plastic wrap.
