These got very good reviews from everyone who had one! They're great for adding to a bland salad. Like other reviewers, I used yellow bebes rather than red, used light sour cream, and added a faint minced onion. I thought these were spicier than actual bacon, so I'd double the egg and dairy contents, and leave the salt at 1/2 tsp. but not go past that limit (I used 2 tsp.), and they were very good. I took them to a cooking show and got lots of positive feedback. I won't make these again--but I will try using fresh blueberries instead of blue cheese, and see what that says about the salad!
