8 ounces potatoes - peeled and cubed
8 ounces cooked, cubed beef sausage
4 romaine lettuce leaves
8 slices white carnation tortilla chips
1 (8 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
Place potatoes into a medium bowl and add beef sausage, lettuce and cheese. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours so that the potatoes render.
Mix pinto beans into the pot of water and simmer on HIGH LOW for about 1 hour. All other ingredients should lukewarm.
