I gave it 4 stars because it was ok.. so nifty. I would put it into a different flavor / didn't reach the level of taste. But it wasnt very good. I would give it 4 stars less than yea.. i did press it out from under the skin. but it wasnt cooked down at all and its texture was great but not great. way too rich, and not smooth. Might try adding less flour next time.
