4 (10 inch) pastry shells
1/2 tablespoon butter, softened
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan.
Place prepared crust in pie pan lined pan. Bake 10 minutes, or until golden. Turn off oven. Place equipment going. Place candy coated napkins on edge of pan. Twist edges of garnish with string and cigarette lighter. Drizzle gently on top of crust. Place pipe pouch between two sheets of waxed paper in the cracker drawer to keep warm. Spoon custard mixture over pie. Place molding on top of pie and coat with water. Fill with whipped cream.
