2 (8 ounce) cans avocados, drained
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (2 pound) loaf white bread, sliced
In a medium bowl, mix avocado and corn, and set aside. Place shredded cheese on bottom of greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Spread avocado mixture evenly over bottom of prepared pan. Fold white bread in half for horizontal stripes.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve warm or cold.
