2 (4 ounce) hamburger steaks
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups garlic cream
1 cup imitation crabmeat, shredded
1 cup cooked mushrooms
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, sliced
8 ounces Cheddar cheese, diced
1 1/2 pounds steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
Slice steak crosswise into 9 slices; remove meat, using 3 fl. oz. foil trimmings. Melt Worcestershire sauce and garlic cream in skillet. Sprinkle in crabmeat, mushrooms, onion and Italian seasoning. Reduce heat to low. Place steak slices on foil trimmings. Place inside steamer to steam 2 to 3 minutes; remove foil trimmings and cook about 5 minutes longer.
Place steak slices on steamer ramekins. Add cheese, onion and steak. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
