Lemon Ginger Pork Brown Recipe

Ingredients

1 quart lemon juice

1 quart boiling water

2 tablespoons ginger extract

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon ginger extract

2 teaspoons lime juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon salt

6 pork chops

2 cups rice

1 cup water

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons ginger extract

2 cups soy sauce

Directions

In a saucepan add lemon juice, boiling water, ginger and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, stirring and reduce heat. Place pork chops in saucepan with lemon juice mixture. Stir while pouring over pork chops. Pour chicken broth over pork chops (cover and simmer on low for about 20 minutes) or broth may be added in hot water to cover.

Place pork chops in saucepan. Add water, lemon juice, ginger extract, lime juice, salt and salt. Bring to a boil, stir and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pork chops and any remaining liquid. Stir until pork is no longer pink and juices run clear, about 10 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer until pork is tender, about 20 minutes.

Remove chops from water and stir in lemon juice. Add ginger extract, soy sauce and egg. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low heat. Stir continuously until liquid is absorbed.
