1 1/2 cups early morning scrambled eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1 dash hot pepper sauce
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, milk, onion, celery and oil; stir into eggs mixture. Mix with seasoning salt, horseradish, pepper and cheese until well blended. Spread over cereal in a 2 inch layer. Top with cheese and lettuce. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
