3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk
1 (14 ounce) package corn muffin mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pour sugar and flour into a large resealable plastic bag. Put 1 teaspoon of cornstarch in the bottom of a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the milk into the bag. Remove muffin mix from bag, stir in vanilla and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove muffins from oven and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Bake for even longer in preheated oven. Cool slightly before removing from bag. x
