1 cup red wine
1 cup boiling water
4 cups straight white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup blueberries
Line fruit slices with tissue paper, or pour sugar into smaller pot. Bring to a boil, then boil 10 minutes. Pour in red wine and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir juice into apples.
Beat egg whites into cream. Pour into pie holes. Garnish with blueberries.
