1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (16 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup boiling milk
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) can sliced coconut, drained
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and gelatin until smooth. Stir in orange juice concentrate. Stir in boiling water, milk and sugar. Gradually beat in the gelatin mixture until well mixed. Fold in coconut. Pour mixture into crust. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
