1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup chicken broth
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (11 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese
1 pound cooked chicken breast halves - cut into strips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat oil under medium heat in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts 1 minute, then add broth and liquid from soup and cheese. Continue to cook 1 minute. Reduce heat to low. Bake uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
