Corned Beef Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

2 whole cloves garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil, divided

1/2 cup milk

Directions

In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, basil, oregano, garlic powder, oregano, basil, oregano, onion and 1 cup milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Spread hot oil in the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Pour 1/2 cup of milk into dish, and layer beef over milk. Remove from heat, and stir cream cheese mixture, 1 cup chopped onion and 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese over beef. Place top layer of meat side down on top of sauce. Arrange vegetables and herbs over beef mixture. Place beef mixture on top of casserole layer. Cover casserole and refrigerate overnight.

Dissolve 2 tablespoons olive oil in 1/4 cup milk.

Stir Italian seasoning and Italian seasoning seasoning seeds into 1/2 cup milk/water mixture. Pour over top of meat mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 45 to 50 minutes, or until internal meat temperature reaches 145 degrees F (62 degrees C). Remove from oven and let stand in liquid for 10 minutes.
