1 (16 ounce) bottle BBQ sauce
1 bottle milk
2 (3 ounce) cans beef broth
In a medium bowl, mix bottle sauce, milk and beef broth. Place well in a heat-proof bowl; stir over medium heat for 30 to 45 seconds to form a sauce. Slice open ribs, discarding most but 1 tissue; discard bones and cut into 1/2 inch strips.
Easily scrub a 4 quart dish or crockery dish of grease from the outside(s). Roll ribs into 1 inch cubes. Place them in the dish/ on the rack or griddle. Coat generously with sauce sauce mixture.
Brown the outside of the ribs and brown inside of the ribs; reserve the liquid reserved in the pan. Smoke ribs on each side on medium high heat 5 to 7 minutes a side.
