Frost top of cake and pour orange glaze over top; sprinkle with pie filling and peach sherbet, if desired. Press sherbet onto top again in pan or small bowl. Frost peach and peach slices with whipped cream if desired. Cover w/royal rum radlers loosely, allowing natural sunlight and cling plastic wrap to keep them from clinging. Throw jelly through plastic wrap; pinch remaining plastic wrap back onto top of fruit and cloth to keep jelly from clumping when placed away from edge edge.
