1 2/3 cups water
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Place water, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, rosemary, basil, salt, lemon pepper and garlic powder in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, whisk in salt, lemon pepper and wine. Pour into sterilized jars.
Store jars tightly covered at room temperature. Refrigerate, and store overnight.
