1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups milk chocolate
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 small white onion, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and baking powder; mix thoroughly. Bring to a large boil, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring, for 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 12 to 15 minutes or until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate, eggs, vanilla extract, butter and onion. Pour into prepared pan.
Refrigerate about 1 hour or longer; stirring occasionally. Serve cold.
