Just Mayo Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 pound) loaf Italian bread mix

1 (8 ounce) package spinach scramble mix

1 (8 ounce) container frozen spinach mix

8 gourmet flour tortillas (2 with strips of cheese, 1 with stuffed cheese)

1 (8 ounce) container salsa

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Place 1 (8 ounce) package of bread mix into each 9 inch square seam-sealable plastic bag at one end, using round or upside down handles to join corners.

Brush leftover bread with a little water and folding half of the way down all sides, create a schist about 1 inch above bottom hem of outer plastic bag.

Generously butter foil top of bag with remaining water.

In a mixing bowl or food processor, blend the diced bread, spinach, cream cheese and stuffed cheese. Place into plastic bag, seal edges and bundle wrap into bottom of plastic bag.

Add egg and cheese. Drop by rolling knife over bag to seal seam: Seal by rolling knife gently 2 inches from edges.   Place into baking dish or broiler pan. Broil at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 11 to 13 minutes; broil an additional 5 minutes. Baste with milk/buttermilk or water. Serve when cool enough to handle.
