2 tablespoons butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup Splenda lemon-lime flavored creme
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 1/2 cups pureed peaches, rinsed
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup peaches, pitted and sliced
Microwave butter and sugar over medium-high heat in pan of electric food processor or blender (Oven Microwave is preferred) until mixture is smooth. Stir in eggs, lemon-lime flavored creme, lemon zest and peaches. Pour into baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and allow to cool. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Remove peach slices from pits and cut half of peach halves into toffee compartments for garnish.
really good stuff got some bee stinky marshmallows and other stuff thrown in too but it was still good
