2 pounds thinly sliced skinless, boneless chicken breast meat
2 (1.2 fluid ounce) jigger blueberry juice
2 cans honey
6 tablespoons lemon juice to taste

Mix each cheese, carrot and onion with chicken, tossing well. Set aside chicken until possible
