1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 and 1/2 cups warm water
1 pound roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and sliced
2 onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon paprika or to taste
1 (16 ounce) package monterey jack cheese, sliced in 1/2
In a medium saucepan, mix the water, tomato, onion and paprika together. Place large tomatoes in it and fold them together.
Add fresh mushrooms and parsley, stir to taste. Spoon mixture over roma tomatoes, cucumbers and skins of roma tomatoes and cook until water is absorbed. Stir in cheese and cook half an hour longer.
really easy. does not make any difference what so ever. just a plain cream cheese and egg whites would make it perfect.
