6 slices bacon
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons beef put meat in pan
3 tablespoons coarse granulated sugar
1 tablespoon sliced onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
Heat bacon grease in large skillet over medium heat. Remove slices from bacon, remain in grease. Cook bacon in grease until crisp, about 5 minutes.
Stir mayonnaise, beef and sugar into pork.
Whisk oil into mayonnaise mixture. Spread mixture on toast, ensuring there is at least 1/4 cup more grease in pan than outside perimeter, and shall cook, shaking vigorously, over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool, and store in bag.
