1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup dry white bread crumbs
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 cup dried curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, butter, and parsley. Heat until just slightly warm.
Stir onion mixture into pan, and cook over medium-low heat until tender. Stir in tomatoes, onion, and wine. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in bread crumbs, cottage cheese, basil, and wine. Season with salt and pepper.
Just searched around and was so happy to find this recipe. I love jalapenos so I used this blend of jalapenos and jalapenos seeds. Less sweet than I was hoping, but still good. First tried dry grind it, other than that same pollinator under pressure. Great little dish.
