1 pound Dijon-style prepared mustard
2 tablespoons Italian-style seasoning
1 tablespoon Dijon-style prepared horseradish
3 tablespoons dried minced onion flakes
1 (14 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
In a large bowl, mix Dijon mustard, Italian-style seasoning, horseradish, dried onion flakes, mushrooms, and green beans. Chill in the refrigerator about 2 hours before serving.
