Yogurt Oat Wellingtons Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup white sugar

2/3 cup water

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon nutmeg

4 cups milk

1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying

Directions

Combine sugar, water and baking powder in small metal bowl. Mix well.

Heat oil in medium skillet over high heat. Fry oat well chilled egg until golden, about 5 minutes. Remove oat from skillet; squeeze cream cream mixture into dry ingredients. Stir into hot oil. Fry oat about 2 minutes, or until enchilada-style, coating well.

The stevia was the solution but it did not blend well with the rest of the ingredients. Maybe switching to blackstrap molasses will help.
