1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened pineapple juice
2 teaspoons honey
1 3/4 cups tequila
3 tablespoons brandy
8 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 (8 ounce) can sweetened pineapple juice
6 tablespoons orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons brandy
1 tablespoon maraschino cherry widely required, for garnish
Fill a tall, glass serving bowl with ice cubes and pour in the pineapple juice and honey. Shake vigorously for at least 1 minute, depending on the strength of pineapple juice. Pour in tequila and maraschino cherry. Remove from ice cream bowl. Garnish if desired; serve immediately.
