1 cup rum
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
In a medium bowl, blend rum, sugar, and vanilla. Mix with fingers until blended. Shape the flour into a more coarse paste. Stir into the rum mixture. Mix in the eggs one at a time, then the salt. Add salt to spread the glaze over the bar before using or storing in an airtight container.
